The Hurt Locker led the night with six wins, followed by Avatar with three and two each for Crazy Heart, Precious and Up.  The official Movie Dearest predictions correctly picked 18 out of the 24 categories, one more than last year (drat those short films!).

Watch New Movies Review: Star Trek (2009)

A chronicle of the early days of James T. Kirk and his fellow USS Enterprise crew members.

I literally saw this movie seconds ago, and it was AMAZING. The effects were spectacular. It did not look cheesy, and corny sci-fi crap. I am a fan of JJ Abrams and this is his best work to date. I can not explain words with this movie. It has every genre. Action, Comedy, Thriller, Sci-fi, Adventure. Zachary Quinto did an amazing job as Spock. Chris Pine was a really good Kirk. The effects captivate you. A movie which has been in production since 2005, has definitly lived up to its hype. The cast was perfect, the music was perfect, the effects were AMAZING. I really, really, really enjoyed this movie. What did you think about the movie.

P.S. I have never said this about a movie before, but I advice you not to see this on the internet. Believe me you will enjoy the experience in person at a theater.

Movie Of May: Star Trek.

The fate of the galaxy rests in the hands of bitter rivals. One, James Kirk, is a delinquent, thrill-seeking Iowa farm boy. The other, Spock, was raised in a logic-based society that rejects all emotion. As fiery instinct clashes with calm reason, their unlikely but powerful partnership is the only thing capable of leading their crew through unimaginable danger.

As a huge geeky Star Trek fan I did not want anybody to remake this classic and damge it, but seeing the trailers for this remake have got me stoked to see this movie. It loos AMAZING. The action is perfect, the cast is just PERFECT. Everytime I see the trailer on TV I just cringe (In A Good Way). So I made it the movie of the month, and the second feature movie will be Angels and Demons. I read the book which is amazing and the movie looks good. I have made a new layout which I tried to go for the spacey theme with some colors, I hope its working. Comment if you like it. Also the blog will resume is regular posting stuff. I will start posting TV Shows. I was just really busy. I finished my SAT today and my college class is done so the blog will be updated like every hour. Thanls for visiting I really appreciate it.
