Frank Miller's the Spirit Teaser

We've got the first teaser to the new Frank Miller's movie - The Spirit. Actually I've disappoineted a little bit, cause I've been waiting for the Sin City 2 teaser :) but anyway every movie by Frank Miller is great.
The plot tells about a cop tha returns from the beyond and fights the evil as The Spirit.
Teaser is not really informative but looks like The Spirit inherits The Sin City style.

Lakeview Terrace Trailer

I've got no poster-screenshots for this movie yet, but I strongly recomend to download the trailer. That looks like a very good example of a thriller starring Samuel L Jackson. The plot tells about a cop that tries to force out a couple that just moved next door.

BTW, I've watched The Fools Gold last weekend. Ok what can I say. Actually I was expecting an adventure movie with lots of action and puzzles(something like National Treasure), but I was really disappointed - it turned out to be more like comedy, not like adventure. I give it 5/10.
